Dinner at Bayou Bill’s was fantastic! My husband had the Broiled Seafood Platter . This included broiled Mahi, about 6 scallops, about 6 shrimp, a crab cake, 2 hush puppies, green bean-squash medley, and a fluffy baked potato. If you wish you can substitute the fish for grouper. He said his meal was excellent. I had the Stuffed Parmesan Grouper. It was absolutely wonderful. The stuffed grouper was melt-in-your-mouth tender, very very mild, stuffing was delish, and the Parmesan sauce was on point. I highly recommend either dish. Get there at 4:50 so you are seated promptly when they open. Service was excellent! I am sure We will be back.
